Deleting your data
How to remove a connected profile, your workspace or your whole account from autosm.
A connected profile
In the app, open Channels and press Disconnect on the profile. Its access tokens are deleted at once and nothing is published to it again. Posts already published stay on the network; delete them there if you want them gone.
Through Facebook or Instagram
In Facebook or Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites and remove the app you connected that profile through: autosm can no longer reach it. To have the data we got from it deleted too, disconnect it in Channels, or write to hi@autosm.io from the address you sign in with.
Your workspace
The workspace owner can delete the workspace in Settings. Its profiles, brand, posts, files and results are deleted within 30 days.
Your whole account
Write to hi@autosm.io from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days, keeping only invoices the law requires us to keep.
