Terms of service

The agreement between you and autosm: what the service does, what you may do with it, and how paying works.

The service

autosm is run by [To confirm: the legal entity's name, registered address and company number]. It lets you connect your social profiles through your own developer accounts where a network requires one, set up your brand, make and schedule posts by hand or through an AI assistant you connect, and publish them. Questions: hi@autosm.io.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what members you invite and AI assistants you connect do there. Keep your sign-in safe and tell us at once if you think someone else used it.

Your content

What you publish stays yours. You give us the right to store, process and send it to the networks you choose, only to run the service for you.

You must have the rights to what you publish, and it must follow the law and the rules of each network you post to.

What is not allowed

Spam, mass unsolicited messages, fake engagement, impersonating someone, misleading people about who is speaking, malware, or anything illegal. Do not use autosm to get around a network's limits or rules.

We may pause publishing or a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service or a network connection at risk, and we will tell you why.

Networks change

autosm publishes through each network's official API. Networks change their APIs, prices and rules, and may limit or end access; when that happens a feature may change or stop. X is posted through your own X API access: you connect your X developer app, and you pay X directly for what you post. autosm shows an estimate of what to deposit, but X sets and may change its prices.

Plans and payment

Plans and their limits are listed on the pricing page. You pay through Perly Pay, in bitcoin or dollar stablecoins.

A plan renews by invoice: before each period ends you get the next invoice and reminders. Your money is never debited automatically. On a yearly plan, a year costs ten months.

If a period ends unpaid, the plan keeps working for 7 more days (14 on a yearly plan), then moves to Free. Profiles and brands above Free's limits are paused, never deleted, and come back when you pay.

When you reach a limit we warn you first, then give a small buffer; past it, new scheduling for that limit waits until you upgrade or top up. Posts already scheduled still go out.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you paid for runs to its end.

Availability and liability

We work to keep autosm running and your posts going out on time, but we cannot promise it never stops or that a network accepts every post. The service is provided as it is.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost reach, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may end the service for a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by [To confirm: the governing law]. We will tell you before changes that matter take effect. Last updated 2026-10-20.
